  • Dr. Megan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Life Coach.

  • She specializes in working with individuals with hypermobility and has a deep understanding of the challenges you face.

  • Crucially, Dr. Megan has HSD herself. This means she doesn't just understand the theory – she lives it. She knows firsthand what movements feel safe and effective, and what to avoid.
